" The European Neighbours' Day " is easy to organise:

The purpose:
Create a dynamic of hospitality and reinforce proximity and solidarity amongst neighbours. Today, as we live in a multimedia society, it has become easier to talk to someone at the other side of the world, than to say hi to a neighbour. Nowadays, individualism and indifference reign in the cities, so " The European Neighbours' Day " offers a moment which makes the developing of social bonds easier.

A state of mind :
The inhabitants of a city or a town gather for this festive meeting, which is an excellent opportunity to think about the way one lives in the city and how one sees others.

A goal :
Respond to indifference and solitude. Encourage people to meet each other and to get to know one another.

By means of :
Having a drink or a a bite together.
